I told my colleague one day,
if i am going to record down all the special customer's case happened in my world place.
soon or later,
I can publish a book.

Because
my customers are too special
most of them lack of love and stress in office i guess

therefore
then come to my place to release stress.

Working in service industry
with the very good reputation of company
and the corporate belief "Excellent is our commitment"
