Cousin's Wedding

24th & 25th December 2011

Not only busy for X'mas celebration

but also

Busy for attending my beloved cousin's wedding.

24th December, preparation day

All the relatives gather at uncle's house

having lunch and dinner.

Well,my cousins and I

Making glutinous rice balls

washing dishes 

preparing this and that 

and also playing around for the whole day.

#unfortunately, uncle's house dun have water supply during that big day

Thiam Foo & Thiam Choy 

carry the water from my house using the big blue plastic tank 

using the TOYOTA HILUX

So Very Interesting~!

                                      

Hanging the red cloth on the main door symbolize the big day has come.

Preparing to pray pray.

Still Praying.

Who want to score in the exam must help to wash the dishes.

25th December

The big day has come.

We are going to carry the bridal home!

830am, gather at uncle's house

Have a short briefing about the 

'rules and regulations'

Then, 6 cars started the engines at the same time.

Here we go!!

Oh o, she haven't back yet from the make up studio.

Thus, we stopped by the road side and waiting for a call.

Few minutes later, we continues our journey to bridal home.

Next, we have to face some challenges before we get see the bridal.

First challenge: Questioning.

The groom have to answer all the question prepared by his wife.

2nd Challenge: Sour, Sweet , Bitter & Spicy

The Groom's brothers have to finish these 4 types of food prepared by the Bridal's sisters.

Last Step: Oath Taking

Groom have to promise that he will love and care his wife forever and ever.

Finally, all DONE!

A kiss is sent onto the Bridal's face.

1030am, Reached uncle's house.

Time for praying again.

Then followed by tea ceremony. 

730pm, dinner at Restaurant.

Friends and relatives attended to the dinner to send their warmest regards to the couples.
